Sven-Eric HARGESKOG

"Mr Sven-Eric Hargeskog is a senior adviser in the Swedish Administrative Development Agency. He has been involved in EU Twinning Projects in Lithuania and Slovenia in 2001-2005, and engaged in OECD Projects in New Member States and Candidate States in 2005-2006.  Established the new co-ordination function in Sweden for government procurement in 1998, with the scope to develop, co-ordinate and follow up the procurement within the Swedish state, aiming at increased efficiency. Re-organized and re-established the National Agency for Services to Universities and University Colleges’ Purchasing Department, from a government authority into a consultancy agency in public procurement. Has a background in procurement since 30 years, almost half the time within the private sector. The latest positions have been on different strategic levels within the state.  Since 2002 he is the Chairman of the Swedish Association of Public Purchasers."
